Documents the identifier setting and username policy shipped in pyxle-auth 0.4.0 (pyxle-dev/pyxle-plugins#2): choosing email- or username-based accounts, username length/pattern/reserved-name policy, and the username-availability endpoint.

Previously these pages described behavior that wasn't available in the released plugin yet — following the examples produced a startup error on pyxle-auth 0.3.0.

Documents the `identifier` setting (email/username), username policy
settings, and the username-available endpoint — matching pyxle-auth
0.4.0 as released.
