This PR fixes two QDialog issues:
QDialog: Scrolled sticky elements disappear in Firefox after opening Dialog #18183 – Sticky elements disappearing in Firefox when opening QDialog.

Tested on Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. iOS-specific behavior retained.
