Combines both go dependency updates into a single group.
Many top level go and kubectl-rabbitmq dependencies need to be updates simultaneously. The gomod file in kubectl-rabbitmq references the top level gomod file, but dependabot treats them as decoupled. By merging the two update groups into a single group the updates should occur simultaneously, resolving the issue.
