Just to double check, this is to be consistent with the rest of the libraries correct? It doesn't seem to be necessary based on your PR description.

Yeah exactly, not too important for this project but makes it consistent with the rest of RAPIDS, which allows us to simplify some shared build stuff a bit: rapidsai/gha-tools#272 |

unchanged. Unlike most other projects in this series,
rapids-cliis usinghatchling versionfor its nightly wheel versions and doesn't have scheduled nightly builds (only on new commits / tags), so doesn't face the same problems as most other RAPIDS projects with needing to upload new packages from an already-built commit:https://pypi.anaconda.org/rapidsai-wheels-nightly/simple/rapids-cli/
