Automatically generated by the nightly check_versions.py run.

ray v2.58.0 -> v2.59.0

Every - version: entry added to docs/packages/ray.yaml is built by this PR's own build-ray.yml run; merging publishes the wheels.

Built to branch gh-pages at 2026-10-10 12:04 UTC.
Preview will be ready when the GitHub Pages deployment is complete.

Nightly version bump omitted the patches/ray/<version> directory for
2.59.0, so the build's unconditional `git apply .../*.patch` step
failed with "No such file or directory" before any build/test ran.
Copied forward the same patch set from 2.58.0 (unchanged since then).
Ray 2.59.0 inserts a pypi__pip http_archive override (pip 24.3.1)
between the python3_10 load and pip_install_dependencies(), which moved
the first hunk's trailing context, so git apply stopped at WORKSPACE:51.
The python_register_toolchains block is still there upstream, so the
patch is still needed; only its context and offsets change.
