usd-exchange v3.0.0 -> v3.0.1

Every - version: entry added to docs/packages/usd-exchange.yaml is built by this PR's own build-usd-exchange.yml run; merging publishes the wheels.

Preview will be ready when the GitHub Pages deployment is complete.

Nightly version bump omitted the patches/usd-exchange/<version> directory for
3.0.1, so the build's unconditional `git apply .../*.patch` step
failed with "No such file or directory" before any build/test ran.
Copied forward the same patch set from 3.0.0 (unchanged since then).
…l's hash

usd-exchange 3.0.1 added tools/pyproject/check_wheel_imports.py's
_check_linux_libraries, which asserts every library under usd_exchange.libs
keeps the SONAME it was built with. Our build let `auditwheel repair`
auto-vendor every USD/usdex/oneTBB/MaterialX dependency, which renames each
one with a content hash (e.g. libtbb.so.12.12 -> libtbb-7d6ea858.so.12.12),
so the new check fails universally across cp310/cp311/cp312/cp313 with
"carries an auditwheel content hash" and "is mapped from nowhere" for every
such library.

Mirror upstream's own packaging (tools/repoman/py_package.py): copy every
*.so* from the USD/oneTBB/MaterialX and usdex install trees into
usd_exchange.libs ourselves under the SONAME patchelf reports, point every
staged binary's RPATH at usd_exchange.libs, and pass `auditwheel repair
--exclude <soname>` for each one so it is left alone instead of re-grafted.
This also makes the plugInfo.json LibraryPath patch-up step unnecessary, since
the plugin libraries it pointed at are no longer renamed.

The image's statically-linked cp3xx also pulls in libcrypt, which is on no
manylinux policy's lib_whitelist; exclude it too and trust the target's
libxcrypt, the same way other workflows here trust a target's libssl/libcrypto.
cp311 and cp312 both failed identically at the auditwheel repair step:
ValueError: Cannot repair wheel, because required library
  "libtbb.so.12" could not be located

build_usd.py's own pxr install always places libraries under
${USD}/lib (its CMake never calls GNUInstallDirs), but the --onetbb
dependency it builds from source does call include(GNUInstallDirs) and
never overrides CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR. The manylinux_riscv64 image is
Rocky Linux 10 (confirmed in the job log) - 64-bit, no
/etc/debian_version - so GNUInstallDirs' own default resolves to
lib64, and libtbb.so.12 lands in ${USD}/lib64, not ${USD}/lib. The
cmake --build link step still found it fine (CMake's own linker search
covers lib64 by default on this platform); only the hand-set
LD_LIBRARY_PATH used for the SONAME-staging loop and for `auditwheel
repair` was missing it.

Check both lib and lib64 under $usd in the staging loop, and add
$usd/lib64 to auditwheel's LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
