intent(triage-px4-gitlab): public companion to the "Auto-Triage and Analyze your Robotics Data" user guide — launches the guide's triage-px4-flight-log agent on a flight-log dataset and files the triage report and incident labels as a GitLab issue, kept in sync on re-runs
decision(naming): kebab-case directory and action name per this repo's convention (tag-dataset, check-magnetometer-norm); Python package and image tag stay snake_case triage_px4_gitlab, mirroring tag-dataset/tag_dataset
decision(agent-coupling): the action only looks the agent up by name at runtime — creating the agent, skills, and goals is deliberately left to the user guide, so there is no provisioning code to keep in sync with it
constraint(gitlab-config): all three GitLab parameters are optional; unconfigured runs fall back to writing triage_report.md on the dataset, so the action works with guide-only setup
