Using pre-built Python for Raspberry Pi #124

Description

@moi90

The documentation states:

In this quick start we assume you are building host-python yourself. In other cases you may be targeting a pre-built system image. A pre-built image has it’s own challenges, which are covered elsewhere.

I don't find this "elsewhere" where I can read about using a pre-built image.

How do I use crossenv to build python packages for the Raspberry Pi? (Is it even the right tool?)

    FWIW, my docker images that install crossenvs for building wheels intended for use on raspberry pi and other arm systems is at https://github.com/wpilibsuite/docker-images/tree/main/cross-ubuntu-py
