CSS does not work with CS2 Server version 1.41.7.1

Metamod is running on the current version, but CounterStrikeSharp cannot be loaded. Here's an excerpt from the server log:

The file is already in that path, or is it a newer file that I should download using wget?

My CS2 server is rented from the service provider, and I only have FTP access to upload and download files.

If it is a newer file, could you provide it to me another way? For example, via WeTransfer?
