Hi there 👋

I help funders and open source ecosystems see where capital flows, why, and what it produces — then I build the tools to act on it.

I've co-led grants rounds at Gitcoin, built analytics used in live funding decisions across the Ethereum ecosystem, and contributed governance research to ENS DAO through Metagov. Before this, I spent twenty years across consulting, product, and research, including strategy and analytics roles at Deloitte and Medallia.

Today, I focus on: • Designing and operating funding mechanisms and grant programs • Building analytics dashboards and decision-support tools that funders act on • Ecosystem research, retrospectives, and metrics frameworks • Supporting open-source, climate, and digital public infrastructure initiatives

Recent collaborations: Gitcoin · Metagov · Open Source Observer · Scroll

🛠️ Featured Work

  • ENS DAO Governance Research Platform — Analytics for Metagov's independent governance retrospective of ENS DAO; a reproducible data stack (Dagster + dbt + DuckDB) across 7 onchain and forum data sources, cited in active decisions over a $400M+ treasury • Case StudyDashboardRepo
  • GG24 Interop Standards, Infrastructure & Analytics Round — Co-designed and operated Ethereum's first interop-focused grants domain; a $100K+ QF round from domain thesis to public retrospective • Case StudyDomain DesignRetrospective
  • Mapping Ecosystem Problems to Grants Funding — Demonstrated that QF reliably funds visible, legible work but structurally underfunds ecosystem-critical infrastructure — a finding that informs how domain operators design future rounds • AnalysisDashboard
  • Scroll Delegate Accelerator: Metrics Module — Designed and delivered a data-driven governance curriculum to 30 delegate candidates evaluating proposals with onchain metrics • Curriculum
