🔍 What was changed

  • Removed the claim that composer install --no-scripts suppresses auto-sync from the README, the skills:init wizard hint and the SkillsPlugin docblock.
  • README now names the real opt-outs: "auto-sync": false in skills.json, or --no-plugins for a single run (it disables every plugin).

Why?

--no-scripts only drops the root package's scripts listeners (EventDispatcher::getListeners()); plugin subscribers still receive post-install-cmd / post-update-cmd, so the documented opt-out never worked. Plugin behaviour is unchanged.

Checklist

Composer's `--no-scripts` only skips the root package's `scripts` listeners; plugin event subscribers still receive `post-install-cmd` / `post-update-cmd`, so auto-sync was never suppressed by it. README now points to `auto-sync: false` and `--no-plugins` instead.

Documented --no-scripts opt-out still runs auto-sync with Composer 2.10.3.
