The vest0 shall only spawn on enemy soldiers and will not drop if it is broken. they are meant to make enemy soldiers a little bit tougher.
Since they can only be obtianed by road killing enemies and no xp is required to wear them, they will be good giftw to new players from the vets (KF redfox)
All shotguns with 0.6 recoil recovery: recovery rate increased to 0.9
Mossberg 500 accuracy significantly improved to compensate for less power and projectile amount than SPAS-12 [accuracy_factor: 0.7 -> 0.8, sustained_fire_diminish_rate: 0.6 -> 0.9]
Steyr TMP kill probability [0.5 -> 0.51] and walking accuracy [0.7 -> 0.8] increased, recoil decreased [sustained_fire_grow_step: 0.3 -> 0.26]
