chore(streamstore): remove dead internalSdkError helper

[detail-app]

Remove the unused internalSdkError helper from error.ts. The function
had zero references anywhere in the codebase (production or test) and was
never called since its introduction in the "error reform" work. It was not
re-exported from the package's public entry point (src/index.ts), so it
was unreachable from downstream consumers of @s2-dev/streamstore and safe
to remove.
