docs: add IPA sideloading guide - #45

Add a Getting Started page covering how to sign and install the pre-built release IPA without Xcode: Sideloadly, SideStore (iloader + LocalDevVPN, per-OS install), AltStore, Feather/ESign, TrollStore, and paid Developer signing. Documents the App Group entitlement caveat (free Apple ID strips it, so widgets and the Live Activity require a paid cert) and the LiveContainer extension limitation. Correct the LiveContainer repo URL (was 404) and swap the dead trollstore.app link for the ios.cfw.guide install guide. Reword the LiveContainer widget note to 'not expected to work / untested' rather than stated as fact. Remove all em-dashes from the sideloading guide and the iOS-page tip.
