A uv workspace + a web app, orchestrated with go-task:

core/ — shared search brain: domain, ports, adapters, embeddings
pipeline/ — Python/Scrapy ETL: scrape → translate & transliterate → embed → index
api/ — FastAPI search service
web/ — Next.js frontend
