- remove probot settings.yml (org-specific repo config no longer applies) - remove pr-monitor.yaml workflow (Slack action no longer used) - CODEOWNERS: single personal owner - add AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md for cross-agent instructions, with Claude overlay included via @AGENTS.md - gitignore .claude/* state files, .mcp.json, and .claude-sprint.env ci: drop unused gherynos/pre-commit-java hook The pinned v0.2.0 hook builds its image FROM openjdk:17-alpine, which was removed from Docker Hub. Pre-commit installs every hook environment unconditionally on first run, so the missing base image broke CI even though this shell-scripts repo has no .java files for the hook to ever run against. Removing the hook is the cleanest fix: it's dead weight inherited from an old org template, in line with the broader cleanup of this PR. Also removes a stray trailing blank line in CLAUDE.md flagged by end-of-file-fixer.
