Subgrid Ribbon is not displayed when the entity logical name contains the substring "form". #120

Ribbon Workbench does not display the Subgrid Ribbon customization area when the Dataverse table's logical name contains the substring "form".

For example, logical names containing "form" such as:

• information
• transformation
  cause the Subgrid Ribbon customization area to be missing.
