Unsupervised anomaly detection on industrial time series via computer vision

  • Signal-to-image encoding (GADF, GASF, MTF) for multivariate sensor data
  • Convolutional autoencoders for unsupervised fault detection
  • Sensor-level fault localization via GradCAM & LRP explainability
  • Validated on Tennessee Eastman Process benchmark + real industrial pilot data
