fix: comment delete button overlapping the date - #117

The date sat at the flex row's right edge via margin-left:auto while .comment-del was absolutely positioned at the same corner — they overlapped. The button now lives inside the header flex row (head wrapped in a non-link div so interactive content stays valid), with the versioned community.js reference so CDNs don't serve the stale markup forever.
