Added Folder Filtering and Plotting

• Filters are now explicit, all being options provided to the relevant command. The same options as column headers are used where no value indicates just to display that column, and a value to filter it:

Show column

simvue run list --name

Filter column

simvue run list --name my_run

• Folder filters have been added.
• Plotting of metrics has been added, you can also plot live.
