Removes [underscore](https://github.com/jashkenas/underscore). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [underscore](https://github.com/jashkenas/underscore), [@truffle/contract](https://github.com/trufflesuite/truffle/tree/HEAD/packages/contract) and [web3](https://github.com/ChainSafe/web3.js). These dependencies need to be updated together.
