Summary

• make DJIListenerWorker own its server, client tasks, and writers
• close clients with bounded waits and make cleanup idempotent
• require the fixed PyTAK 7.4.1 runtime
• bump DroneCoT to 2.3.3

Tests

• full suite: 96 passed, 1 skipped
• live loopback client is closed by listener shutdown
• end-to-end regression proves a simulated TAK ConnectionAbortedError escapes CLITool while an AntSDR client remains connected
