- remove internal process artifacts superseded by the published release: OVERNIGHT_REPORT.md and the stale PR_BODY_DRAFT.md (PR #5/#7 carry the final text) - neutralize references to since-deleted working branches in RELEASE_READINESS_REPORT.md and SECURITY_REVIEW.md; mark the executed release commands as done (tag v0.3.0, PR #5) - consolidate redundant ignore entries - no product behavior, version, tag, release or benchmark result changed; the PyPI trusted-publisher blocker documentation is unchanged
