ra3battle can not start game when join existing rooms, and can not create new rooms

Problem:

• if join existing room, can not start, error: someone in room did not connect, usually told connection between me and others has problem.
• if create room, after minutes, will get error: create room failed.

I am not sure why. I does run a sing-box proxy in tun mode, at my gateway. But i can login to ra3battle normally, and i can see rooms when go to online games, so i guess this is not network issue.
