Tags like `actions/checkout@v4` are mutable — whoever controls the action's repo can repoint the tag at different code, which then runs in CI with this repo's secrets. Pinning to a commit SHA makes the reference immutable. Each pin keeps a trailing comment with the version it resolved to, so the human-readable version is still visible. Ronin and Reactive Network no longer answer on the URLs listed on the landing page. Checked repeatedly from two networks: - sourcify.roninchain.com: Cloudflare/nginx answers 404 on every path, including /server/health, /server/chains and the root. - sourcify.rnk.dev: the TLS handshake fails with no certificate served; port 80 answers 404. MonVision Explorer and VeChainStats still return "Alive and kicking!" on /health. Walnut (sourcify.walnut.dev) also refuses connections right now, but we keep it listed for the moment.
