docs(ducklake): v2.3.0 embeds DuckDB 1.4.4, not 1.5.3 - #2203

The version-2.3.x snapshot was cut hours before #2187 corrected the embedded DuckDB version per release line, so its catalog page still claims DuckDB 1.5.3 while the connector page in the same snapshot already says 1.4.4. v2.3.0's Cargo.toml pins the crate whose comment names DuckDB v1.4.4.

Summary
The
version-2.3.xsnapshot was published on 2026-09-10 at 11:24 UTC; #2187 — which corrected the embedded DuckDB version per release line — merged the same day and swept vNext, 2.1.x and 2.2.x only. So the DuckLake catalog page in the newest snapshot still says "Spice uses DuckDB 1.5.3, which supports DuckLake 1.0", while the DuckLake connector page in that same snapshot already says 1.4.4 — a doc-vs-doc contradiction inside one release's documentation.v2.3.0 embeds DuckDB 1.4.4 (the downgrade landed in v2.2.1, spiceai/spiceai#13742). The stale line matters because the number is what a reader checks before pointing an existing DuckLake catalog at Spice — 1.5.3 and 1.4.4 are on opposite sides of a catalog-metadata migration.
This applies the wording #2187 settled on, which is also verbatim what the connector page in this snapshot already carries.
