Installer does not start on Windows 10

Hi everyone,

I tried the latest installer version this morning. Running on Windows 10, after clicking yes on the User Account Control warning to allow the program to make changes to my device nothing happened. No window has appeared and even no ne running task found in the task manager. I also tried to run the installer with administrator privileges with the same results.

I just wanted to let you know, maybe I'm not the only one to experience this. Also, if I can be of any help by providing logs or whatever just let me know. For now, I'll try my luck with a manual installation!

I am having a similar issue! except I am getting a system Error that says, "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

I found this funny since I am trying to install the installer. hopefully this helps the devs.
