Update Stella v3.9.3 to 7.0_pre (Or like version)

Certain Atari 2600 games such as Bell Hopper (Aftermarket) uses paddles and the current version of Stella doesn't support it (3.9.3). Other versions tested does, like 7.0_pre (on Knulli) can control properly in that game.
