Adds one 15-line conditional reference for investigating Slack threads, plus the single
SKILL.mdrouting bullet that loads it for thread interpretation, claim verification, action advice, and reply preparation.The reference covers exact permalink/workspace anchoring, full-thread reading, bounded searches, current-source verification, privacy boundaries, and a final reread before an authorized reply.
README, CLI help, code, and other references remain unchanged to preserve the progressive-disclosure direction from #118.
