Resource group parity fixes (AZRM-08, AZRM-09, AZRM-10).
_ - . ( ), no trailing period, else 400 InvalidResourceGroupName) and the location (400 LocationNotAvailableForResourceGroup). The location check reuses the subscriptions region table, which I extended with the other public regions so real configs are not rejected.$top(withnextLink, via the shared azurearm paginator) and$filter=tagName eq 'k' [and tagValue eq 'v'].Tested: new handler tests, go test ./server/azure/... ./providers/azure/..., lint 0 issues, binary azurerm_resource_group apply / plan no changes / destroy. Docker: pending Gate 2.
