publish timoni.sh/core on the cue registry

Would be nice to be able to consume this package by itself, so I can re-use it in cue as a library.

Timoni does not integrate with the Central Registry, and by the looks of it, it requires changes to Timoni's domain to be allowed and it expects a core repo in GItHub...

I'm putting this on hold for now! Need to figure out how the new CUE mods and Central Registry fit into Timoni's design. The Timoni modules are designed to be self-contained, you can think of a Timoni module as a Go binary. To run a Go binary, you do not need internet connection to pull deps. Currently there is no support in CUE mods for vendoring and air-gapped envs, which is a deal breaker for me.

If you want to use the timoni.sh/core package right now, you can pull the definitions into your project with:

timoni artifact pull oci://ghcr.io/stefanprodan/timoni/schemas:0.29.0 -o cue.mod/pkg/
