Any suggestions for new remote PWM waveform analyze?

I capture some waveform like these, but what should I do next step? How can I know which protocol (or encoding) it use?

Had a similar Problem and at one Point i decided to give up and send the data without figuring out the protocol. Maybe that would be a workaround for now.
