fix: receive UI updates

Description

• create Lightning invoice earlier: previously the UI was waiting for the channels to become usable, this can take a few seconds. We can create the invoice earlier and by the time the sender pays the invoice the channels will likely be usable.
• update Receive flow to design v59
• update tag UI
