- Add a rule-based KEGG reaction curation path to `curate_single_model` and extract the KEGG-specific logic into `curate_reactions_kegg_rulebased`.
- Extend URI parsing to accept identifiers.org `kegg.{reaction,compound}` in both `prefix:ID` and `prefix/ID` forms, and allow species annotation lookup for `database="kegg"` (KEGG compounds).
