fix: 30th celebration missing/incorrect fields

Changes

• Add missing trainer card effects for:
  • Switch
  • Poke Pad
  • Misty
  • N
• Removed the trainer type from Misty as it's not specified on the card and the original card in the DB doesn't specify its type either
• Darkrai & Cresselia legend cards (19&20)
  • Add missing dark type on 19&20
  • Add missing fighting type weakness and x2 value on 20
  • Removed 樋口 真嗣 + 高屋 法子 from illustrator field on 19 (this is the Japanese translation so seems unnecessary, even though it's on the card)
  • Added Noriko Takaya on 20
