Two updates were done as a fix to this issue 1. A progress bar to show that the operation is running 2. Pull in corrections in https://github.com/tektronix/tsp-toolkit-kic-cli that the terminal hanging because of `_KIC.error_message()` not using the correct thing between `errorqueue` and `eventlog`.
This is to support putting other specialized tools in this view for users to interact with. It is more generic wording and thus allows for more possibilities. Resolves: TSP-1554
