The 2.0.2 pre-publication gate found that the SBOM was derived from the editable development environment, so it could report a stale RAGOps version and disclose an absolute build path. This change builds the CycloneDX root from the verified wheel in a pip-free environment, rejects mismatched versions, dependency components, and local file URLs, and adds red-green regression coverage.\n\nVerification: Ruff pass; 311 tests pass; full local release verifier pass; repeated SBOM builds are byte-identical and report ragops 2.0.2 with zero components and zero file URLs.
