• PASS: YAML parsing and exact target caller-input assertions for both workflows; exact .node-version assertion; git diff --check.
• SKIPPED: release scripts and cloud integration tests. Application compatibility is not established; draft pending verification.

Scope and follow-up

This patches local development and repository CI/build/release-job runtime selection, not deployed production runtimes or reusable workflow consumers. After review, resolve formatter setup and rerun checks, merge, rebuild/redeploy affected artifacts where applicable, and verify actual runtime versions. No deployment or release was performed.
