Hi, thanks for maintaining this list.

This PR adds a concise Raspberry Pi 4WD motor-driver checklist focused on TB6612FNG-based robots. It covers practical debugging points that often cause confusing motor symptoms: common ground, separate motor power, STBY pin state, channel-by-channel tests, PWM sanity checks, and stall-current checks before assuming the problem is ROS/micro-ROS code.
