Y2T - Yeast-to-Tryp Drug Repurposing

The Y2T pipeline is designed to analyze chemogenomic data to identify conserved modules between yeasts and trypanosomatides to find novel bioactive compounds repositionable towards American trypanosomiasis (Chagas disease).
