Adds Agents to the AWS ECS template.

Adds two new variables: agents_enabled to enable agents, and base_domain to set the BASE_DOMAIN of the deployment.

Also updated default ecs_retool_image version to 3.253.8-stable, and updated ecs_code_executor_image to default to ecs_retool_image if not specified.
