i added support for boost::log v2. pretty minor changes i think.
in order to link correctly BOOST_LOG_DYN_LINK must be #defined
before the #include so i updated BOOST_FIND_LIB as well as the
tests for BOOST_LOG and BOOST_LOG_SETUP.
