Make Archify audience-first before diagram authoring

• freeze the intended reader, takeaway, and reader question before geometry
• require causal branch labels, explicit parallel-source convergence, and progressive disclosure
• add a reverse-reader gate so diagrams must stand alone without the author
• preserve every existing Archify diagram type, viewer feature, validation, delivery, and export capability

Full npm test could not start in the clean clone because dev dependency simple-icons was not installed. No dependency installation was performed.

Standards / package delivery

[P2] The published Skill change is not included in archify.zip. unzip -p archify.zip archify/SKILL.md yields the old 16041-byte document, while tracked source is 19212 bytes; the archive has no new Freeze the reader contract section. ZIP-installed users therefore receive none of the new reader-first instructions. CONTRIBUTING explicitly requires archive freshness for published SKILL.md changes. Rebuild the ZIP with canonical Node 22 after settling the source.

Spec

No other confirmed requirement mismatch in the new instructions.

Verification

Authoring/metadata focused tests pass; all 76 archive payload files compared after canonical package.json cleanup, and only SKILL.md differs. No source edits/merge; no current-head CI is a separate gate.
