Summary
When creating the environment from the provided YAML files, conda currently resolves NumPy 2.0.2. With NumPy 2.x installed, the repo fails to run with the provided commands:
pytest -v .fails with:RuntimeError: NumPy is not available.sh ./exp/scripts/run_texas.shfails with:AttributeError: np.float_ was removed in the NumPy 2.0 release. Use np.float64 instead.Fix
