[UX/UI] Filtering without a keyword does not filter collections

Searching using the video filter returns way too many (maybe all) collections. Other filters have similar behavior.

The issue is that filtering when there is no keyword does not affect collection results at all. I have renamed the issue to reflect this.

For example, "Snakes" as a filter only has 2 associated items from 1 collection:

filtered search result WITHOUT keyword (incorrect)	filtered search result WITH keyword (correct)

Clicking any of the filters from the sidebar or "Browse" lists should also affect the "Collections Relevant to Your Search" section, with or without keywords typed into the search field.
