[UX/UI] Add link to Calisphere on the Browse page

Request Summary

ASC has requested a link to Calisphere be added to the DAMS website to increase visibility of additional collections.

This link will be added to:

• the "Browse" landing page as a blurb + button
• the footer as a text link

This has been rolled to production. However @wrenaria comment from @EricNebeker :

The only comment on the is whether the images on the browse link should be from a collection on Calisphere. I’ve listed some collections that may have some suitable images if that’s feasible.

I considered using a Calisphere image, but ultimately chose to feature a Digital Collections item instead since the goal of this addition is to extend discovery beyond this site, not to preview Calisphere content. Using a Digital Collections image reinforces site identity, supports DAMS item discovery, and aligns with similar feature treatments across the site.

Because a link to the item's source record is provided, users can easily identify where the item is hosted.
