Maintainer provenance note: I reproduced this PR locally with the tagged Metriq-Gym v0.7.0 CLI using mgym suite upload 67b0ef17-5a27-4ee2-91a0-917a8bdef5ae --dry-run --repo unitaryfoundation/metriq-data. The dry-run wrote the same path/filename: metriq-gym/v0.7/catalystq/catalyst_q_v3_1/2026-06-18_02-00-43_catalyst-q_production_uploadable_13_scoring_buckets_489ce062.json.

This suite payload contains 12 cached records: WIT 7q, QML Kernel 10/20/30/50, Mirror Circuits 8/64 through 64/4, Linear Ramp QAOA 10q, and EPLG 10/20/50/100. GitHub rejects label edits from this external contributor token with HTTP 403, so please apply data and source:metriq-gym during review if appropriate.

I noticed there hasnt been any updates to the leaderboard since april..
