Removes the queue package from this monorepo and updates the README to list queue among the libraries maintained in Appwrite. The local dependency graph now reflects that platform's queue dependency is resolved externally rather than from a sibling package.

Queue now lives in Appwrite following appwrite/appwrite#13931. Remove
packages/queueso this repository stops discovering and publishing it during Split runs. Refresh the local dependency graph and list queue with the packages maintained in Appwrite.platformhere still requiresutopia-php/queue; it now resolves it from Packagist, which the mirror keeps serving, so no constraint changes.Validation:
bin/monorepo validateandgit diff --checkpass.Appwrite merged #13931 as a merge commit, and its post-merge Split pushed queue: the mirror's tree
fd21dbaexactly matches Appwrite'spackages/queue. After merge, confirm this repository's Split no longer includes queue.Open PRs against the old copy (#348, #339, #325, #146) are closed with a pointer to
packages/queue.Part of appwrite/appwrite#13828.
