chore: retire audit after its move to Appwrite

Audit now lives in Appwrite following appwrite/appwrite#13955. Remove packages/audit so this repository stops discovering and publishing it during Split runs. Refresh the local dependency graph and list audit with the packages maintained in Appwrite.

No package here requires utopia-php/audit, so no constraint changes.

Validation: bin/monorepo validate and git diff --check pass.

Appwrite merged #13955 as a merge commit, and its post-merge Split pushed audit: the mirror's tree d74d16e exactly matches Appwrite's packages/audit. After merge, confirm this repository's Split no longer includes audit.

The open PR against the old copy (#206) is closed with a pointer to packages/audit.
