Update __init__.py

I noticed that if you use fade it adds a new line at the end of each line, even the last line, which doesn't allow you to use input because the cursor will be automatically moved to a new line. I updated the code by checking if the current line is the last line and if so remove the newline character.

I also edited the system(""); faded = "" code and put it into two separate lines for readability.
